2026 Masterclass Wild cookery 1600 on Friday and Saturday

Join us to create a food sensation all cooked over an open fire.

Don't think that fine dining and bushcraft combine? Well think again.

Hot smoked pigeon breast, with a seedy soda bread and sauteed wild greens. Vegetarian options available too.

This class will be in two separate sessions 1600 on Friday 21st for one hour and 1600 on Saturday  for two hours.

Meeting point is Pippin and Gile trade stand.
